General Registration for all new and former students opens March 2, 2026 at 8:00 am.
Priority Registration from February 1-February 28 is open only to alumni or current students of Mrs. Achiu and their siblings. If you register during priority registration and you do not qualify for priority registration, you will be asked to re-register during general registration.
Minimum payment of $50 due with registration. Registration includes a $50 non-refundable tuition deposit. If you wish to pay the balance by check, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Tuition is due in full August 1, 2026. If you register after August 1st, full tuition is due within two (2) weeks of registration but no later than the first day of class.

To make a payment online after registration, simply go to your NVJC account here: Account Login. After logging in, click on ‘Make Payment’ in the top right menu.
Please note: returned checks and online payment chargebacks are subject to a $35 fee.
Registration Confirmation and Holds:
Confirmation will be sent via email upon registration and payment. If the class is unbalanced (ladies to gentlemen) your registration may be placed on ‘hold’ until more students register to even out the class. We will contact you if your registration is placed on ‘hold’. If we are not able to take a student off ‘hold’ before class starts, your registration payments will be refunded.
Update Student Information:
Please ensure you have updated your child’s account information including grade and school, and answered the media release and allergy questions. Information for any family members on your account can be updated in ‘My Account’ after logging in to your cotillion account.
Class dates and times are subject to change.
Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds except in the case of extenuating circumstances such as moving or illness in order to maintain a balanced class.

Northern Virginia Junior Cotillion is a part of The Ann Group, LLC and payment by check should be made out to The Ann Group, LLC.
Media Release Permission:
Northern Virginia Junior Cotillion and The Ann Group, LLC would like permission to use photos and/or videos of students taken at cotillion events. Photos and/or videos may be used in publications including but not limited to newsletters, publicity, and web content. Last names of students will never be used. Parents have the choice to GIVE or DENY permission for their child(ren)’s media release. Parents can change their decision at any time before the first day of class by notifying the director, Ann Achiu, in writing.
Pick Up Policy:
No transportation is provided to or from cotillion classes and events. Please drop off and pick up your student(s) on time.
Food Allergies:
Northern Virginia Junior Cotillion and The Ann Group, LLC are not required to accommodate for food allergies.
